This section contains answers to questions regarding the
purchase and licensing of MindGenius products.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and American Express.
All purchases are transacted in UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Will I pay tax on my purchase?

Tax (VAT) is only payable within the European Union (EU), it is automatically added to the basket.

Non EU Customers: Tax (VAT) will be automatically removed from the basket once you have created an account.

Can I still by Version 2 licences?

Business and Education Version 2 licences can still be purchased via the online store.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

Our site uses WorldPay for Secure Credit Card Transactions using a high level SSL encryption technology, which is currently the industry standard for online transactions. You can be totally assured that your credit card and personal details are safe on the payment providers' server.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, all transactions are processed in UK Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. MindGenius Ltd is required by law to collect VAT on orders to a UK invoice or to a UK destination address. For sales to other EC countries we are obliged to charge VAT at the UK rate (15%) unless we are in receipt of a valid VAT registration code. If your purchase is within the EC, but outwith the UK and you supply us with your valid VAT registration number, we will NOT charge you VAT. We are obliged in those circumstances to declare the VAT number and sales value to Customs and Excise on a quarterly basis. Sales to individuals and organisations outwith the EC are not subject to VAT.

What is your returns policy?

We are confident that with MindGenius, you and your team will be astounded by the overall improvements that can be achieved.

If not, we guarantee that, should you feel MindGenius have let you down, we will refund your investment without hesitation.

Why have I not received my Licence codes?

On acceptance of your online credit card payment, your Licence codes should be sent to you by e-mail. If this has not happened, please contact our Customer Service Representative on 01355 247766 or by e-mail at sales@mindgenius.com quoting your unique transaction ID number.

Do I have to purchase a licence on the website?

The preferred method of payment is via online credit card transaction. Payment by telephone is also accepted. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details on + 44 (0) 1355 247766

I have changed PCs and wish to transfer my licensed copy of MindGenius business to another PC. How do I perform this?

Each purchased copy of MindGenius business is licensed to a single PC. If your PC is replaced or you wish to move your licence to another PC it will require a simple re-registration as follows:

Install the latest download of MindGenius business from the website to the new PC. This will install MindGenius with an evaluation licence. E-mail sales@mindgenius.com detailing your original MindGenius business Licence Number(s) as sent to you. MindGenius Ltd will update the web licence control software and confirm by e-mail that you can now re-register MindGenius. Within MindGenius business, launch the registration wizard from the 'Help' 'About' menu, and re-register online using your original MindGenius business Licence Number(s).

Can I use a different character set with MindGenius?

You can use different character sets within MindGenius. To do this, there is a Registry Value that will need to be entered on your pc.

  1. On the pc, go to the Windows Start button>Run and type 'REGEDIT' in the 'open' field.
  2. Click on OK.
  3. Within Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gael\Athena
  4. In the right hand window, right click and select NEW> DWORD Value
  5. Right click on this and select Rename and name this LocaleID
  6. Leave the Registry Editor open and go to the following website to get the required value from the LCID Hexade column:
    www.science.co.il/Language/Locale-Codes.asp
  7. Once you have taken a note of the LCID Hexade value for your region, go back to Registry Editor, right click on LocaleID and select Modify to open the Edit DWORD Value window.
  8. Ensure the Base radio button next to Hexadecimal is selected (this should be set by default).
  9. Enter the LCID Hexade value in the Value Data field and click on OK.
  10. Close out of the Registry Editor and restart the pc. You should now be able to use your chosen characters in MindGenius.
