What are the key problems associated with SWOT Analysis?

• effectively capturing large amounts of information is difficult
• traditional approaches such as sticky pads aren't reusable without rework
• difficult to achieve consensus during the session due to an incomplete view on the data
• challenging for the facilitator to understand and collate information after the session leading to a lack of follow up and meaningful actions
